Job Duties

:
  • Preparing the licensing for all vehicles. 

  • Stocking in new & used vehicles into inventory.

  • Assist and host customers over the phone and in the showroom.

  • Greet and check in sales appointments.

  • Accurately receive payments and handle cash.

  • Create cash reports and receipts.

  • Scan and email documents.

  • Keep reception area, showroom and lunchroom cleaned and organized.

  • Promote a positive retail operation.

  • General administrative duties.

  • Other duties as required.
  • What We Look For:

  • Experience in a dealership would be considered an asset.

  • Previous experience working in Reception or Licensing Clerk is preferred.

  • Must have excellent communication skills (good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice).

  • Prior experience in a customer service role.
