Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Receptionist based in Lima. The Receptionist will be responsible for handling front desk operations, including greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing appointments, and supporting general office administration. Additional tasks may include maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for clients and team members, as well as providing clerical and organizational support for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including organizing files, scheduling, and data entry
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Proven ability to maintain a professional demeanor and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in office software tools is an advantage
