Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome and farewell to all guests
Handle check-in, check-out, reservations, and room allocations with precision and efficiency
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns
Assist in supervising and mentoring junior front desk team members
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to ensure room readiness and smooth service flow
Manage VIP arrivals and special guest requirements
