We are looking for a Receptionist for our front desk. Your role is to provide customer support and accordingly redirect the phone calls to the respective departments. You will be first point of contact between a customer and company. Your role is to maintain the logbook, arrange meetings according to the available timings, manage the visitors list and keep a record of mails and phone calls received.Responsibilities

Managing the meetings and list of attendees.
Organizing mails and dispatching them to the respective departments.
