The Padel House (TPH) is a first of its kind luxury sports and wellness club opening in South Delhi soon. Designed to bring together play, recovery, and community, the space features world-class padel courts, a boutique Pilates studio, a members-only wellness center (steam, sauna, and cold plunge), and a café.
We’re creating an environment that blends fitness and lifestyle. Our members will include professionals, expats, and wellness-focused individuals who appreciate high-quality experiences and genuine hospitality.
To deliver this vision, we’re hiring a dynamic and service-oriented team that’s fluent in English, presentable, and passionate about hospitality, wellness, and sports.
Profile:
Polished English + Hindi, friendly and presentable.
(Preference) Experience in hospitality, front desk/office roles.
Duties:
Welcome members and guests
Guest relation and service experience
Manage bookings, payments, and POS systems. (Basic understanding of tech and our system)
Upsell memberships, packages, and café/wellness add-ons.
Coordinate with site manager and service teams.
Maintain front desk presentation.
Requirements:
1+ years as a receptionist.
Polished communication skills.
Energetic, customer-first attitude.
Comfortable with tech for CRM, bookings and payments
