Job Title: Receptionist
Job Summary
Responsible for managing the school front desk, greeting visitors, handling calls and emails, supporting staff, students, and parents, and ensuring smooth daily administrative operations
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors; regulate entry as per school safety norms
Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries
Support staff, students, parents, and admissions team
Maintain student attendance, check-in/check-out, and records
Assist with school communication, events, and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications Required
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Prior experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role preferred
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Pleasant personality with a professional and courteous attitude
