The Role:

We are seeking Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilites:

  • Responsible for administrative support functions.
  • Handling reception and incoming calls & enquiries.
  • Maintaining data of incoming enquiries / calls.
  • Support in recruitment process for interviews.
  • Handling peon and housekeeping staff.
  • Vendor handling and management.
  • Dispacthing and maintaining courier records.
  • ​Handling other clerical jobs that may be required.

Ideal Profile:

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in font office / admin job.
  • Good understanding of the English language & Grammar.
  • Good communication skills and vocabulary.
  • Pleasing personality and fast leaner.
  • Should be capable of handling first hand enquiries at office / over call.
  • Should have knowledge of Computer MS Office.
