We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Onalaska, Wisconsin. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support and contribute to a smooth-running office environment. This position requires a part-time commitment of 10 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.


Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and attentive communication.

• Deposit checks and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

• Assist in organizing and coordinating office events to enhance team engagement.

• Support daily office operations in a quiet and efficient environment.

• Utilize basic computer skills to manage administrative tasks and documentation.

• Maintain a business casual dress code and uphold the standards of the workplace.

• Provide assistance with basic marketing tasks, if needed.
