We are conducting a confidential search for a dependable and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join a growing healthcare practice. This position is key to ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent patient service, and front-desk support. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a professional and courteous manner Answer and manage high-volume phone calls and patient inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments Manage patient check-in/check-out, including collecting payments when needed Assist with administrative duties to support the medical team Maintain organized records and follow office procedures Qualifications Previous experience as a medical receptionist preferred (minimum 1 year ideal) MediClear Certification or CHP Credential Strong computer skills and ability to learn medical office software Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive patient interactions Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $25 $35, depending on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Employee discount Overtime opportunities available
