We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our dental practice in the Somerset Central Region. As a part-time Receptionist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our patients and ensuring the smooth running of our dental practice.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming patients to our practice in a friendly and courteous manner
• Handling patient inquiries and booking appointments efficiently
• Maintaining patient records and updating medical histories
• Providing administrative support such as processing payments and handling telephone calls
• Ensuring the reception area is kept tidy and well-organised
• Assisting the dental team as required to ensure the smooth operation of the practice
• Collecting payment from patients.
