Company Profile:

The Padel House (TPH) is a first of its kind luxury sports and wellness club opening in South Delhi soon. Designed to bring together play, recovery, and community, the space features world-class padel courts, a boutique Pilates studio, a members-only wellness center (steam, sauna, and cold plunge), and a café.


We’re creating an environment that blends fitness and lifestyle. Our members will include professionals, expats, and wellness-focused individuals who appreciate high-quality experiences and genuine hospitality.


To deliver this vision, we’re hiring a dynamic and service-oriented team that’s fluent in English, presentable, and passionate about hospitality, wellness, and sports.


Profile:

  • Polished English + Hindi, friendly and presentable.
  • (Preference) Experience in hospitality, front desk/office roles.

Duties:

  • Welcome members and guests
  • Guest relation and service experience
  • Manage bookings, payments, and POS systems. (Basic understanding of tech and our system) 
  • Upsell memberships, packages, and café/wellness add-ons.
  • Coordinate with site manager and service teams.
  • Maintain front desk presentation.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years as a receptionist. 
  • Polished communication skills.
  • Energetic, customer-first attitude.
  • Comfortable with tech for CRM, bookings and payments

Location : Chhatarpur, New Delhi 

Working hours : 11AM - 7PM (8 hours) 

Working days : Monday - Sunday (Shift on weekends is expected) 

Weekly Leave : Mutually decided weekday leave (1 leave every week, most likely to be Tuesday)
