Job Description

As a Receptionist your responsibilities are:


  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally at the front desk.

  • Answer and direct phone calls in three languages efficiently.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.

  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings as required.

  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area at all times.

  • Provide administrative support to the insurance department.

  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operation


A successful Receptionist should have:


  • Fluency in French, Dutch, and English to assist international clients.

  • Previous experience in reception or administrative roles within the tourism sector.
