Job Description
As a Receptionist your responsibilities are:
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally at the front desk.
- Answer and direct phone calls in three languages efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings as required.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area at all times.
- Provide administrative support to the insurance department.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operation
A successful Receptionist should have:
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English to assist international clients.
