Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all visitors, clients and staff in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence, and direct enquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, booking appointments and coordinating meeting requirements
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception/Front Desk Concierge area
  • Liaise with Chinese counterparts
  • Assist with other general office duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist/Front Desk Concierge or in a customer service-oriented role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in using standard office equipment and software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a concierge team
