Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all visitors, clients and staff in a warm and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence, and direct enquiries to the appropriate team members
- Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, booking appointments and coordinating meeting requirements
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception/Front Desk Concierge area
- Liaise with Chinese counterparts
- Assist with other general office duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist/Front Desk Concierge or in a customer service-oriented role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using standard office equipment and software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a concierge team
