Job Description

  • Handle phone calls, visitors, and enquiries professionally.
  • Use school IT systems for admin tasks and data entry.

  • Communicate with parents, staff, and students during events.

  • Assist with mail distribution, goods handling, and form collection.

  • Maintain a tidy reception area and support general admin duties.

Requirements:

  • Nitec or higher qualification with at least 2 years of admin experience (school experience an advantage).

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • Team player with initiative and a positive, caring attitude.

  • Able to interact well with children aged 712.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Option to extend another year) 1 Feb 2026 to 31 Jan 2027
