You will be:
Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for various positions and profiles.
Collaborating with the recruitment process.
Coordinating with hiring managers for scheduling interviews and selecting final candidates.
Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
Using different recruitment software and tools.
Work in a premium office building, Tulum Trade Center, in Cancun.

We need:
Advanced English.
Experience in recruitment.
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology or related field.
