Role Overview

The Reconciliation Associate is responsible for executing accurate, timely, and complete monthly account reconciliations across bank, credit card, brokerage, and loan accounts. This role directly supports end‑of‑month financial reporting and data integrity by ensuring that all balances tie out, discrepancies are identified and resolved, and QuickBooks Online (QBO) files remain clean, complete, and audit‑ready.
