Reconciliation & Settlement Analyst

Job Summary

Reconciliation and Settlement Analyst helps the business to reconcile transactions across the general ledger and sub-ledgers together with other key accounts. This person will support and monitor data and work management, client support, reporting, billing, payments, collection and problem resolution. She/he will be working closely with the rest of the Operations personnel of the Team.

How will you contribute

1. Monitor daily transactional operations to ensure a free flow process execution of daily task of the support groups and investigate open items
2. Inter-act with the Product Managers, Customer Support, Accounting and Operations Support as needed to solve the customer problems, concerns in a timely manner.
3. Interact with the Product Managers, Accounting, Managed Accounting and Operations Team Accounting and Operations Support as needed to resolve the open items in the GL accounts assigned to the team
