Records Management Office Control Team serves as the critical intermediary between APS Data Services Team and higher-level functions. This Team is responsible for incident prioritization, root cause analysis, and stakeholder coordination, while also playing a pivotal role in managing projects to deliver sustainable solutions and process improvements.

This role is ideal for a candidate with strong background in project management, incident handling, and cross functional collaboration.

Main Tasks:

  • Perform Business-as-Usual controls that ensure Pre-Trade information is recorded and meeting the defined standards in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate and classify incidents to ensure timely and effective resolution.
