  • About the role:

    Reporting to the Information Management Lead, the Corporate Records Officer will contribute to the council’s records and information management program. You will ensure incoming correspondence is accurately captured, maintained, and accessible while supporting regulatory compliance, best practice, and PROV retention and disposal requirements.

    Key responsibilities:

  • Register, process, and manage incoming correspondence via mail, digital formats, and other channels.
