- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and self‑motivated
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; other dialects an added advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- 1 year of working experience in a related field
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent; fresh graduates encouraged to apply as training will be provided
