As the supervisor of recreation operations, your key responsibilities will include planning, coordinating and implementing day-to-day activities in the pool, gym, kids club, sports areas and activity programs.

• Implement high-quality programs that meet or exceed guest expectations
• Ensure efficient management of resources including equipment maintenance,
inventory management,
  Effective staff supervision ,training ,and coaching to enhance performance..
