Position Description:

  • Facilitates and leads program activities such as sports, games, crafts, workshops, camps, skill/certification based courses, on-line programming and special events for all ages and abilities.
  • Completes quarterly/session program reports detailing program attendance, program successes and outcomes including recommendations for future or repeat programming.
  • Liaise with Recreation Coordinators to ensure programming is adapted to participant needs to support an inclusive environment.
  • Maintain program attendance records, statistics and assists with marketing existing and new programs.
  • Participates in the delivery of special events offered by Norfolk County.
  • Prepares and organizes program plans for new or existing programs and ensures required equipment and supplies are available.
