    Job Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to assess talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for each role, executing approved plans through targeted job boards, relevant events, and optimized job postings.
  • Review and pre-screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and provide hiring leaders with informed recommendations on candidate progression.
  • Support hiring managers throughout the interview process, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer extension and negotiation, while maintaining clear and consistent communication with candidates at every stage.
  • Proactively source and engage passive talent to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Oversee job requisitions in the ATS, tracking progress, generating reports, and guiding hiring managers on effective system usage within the recruitment process.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador in the external market and lead employer branding initiatives.
  • Champion the culture by managing the employee referral and internal mobility programs, and by embedding inclusion and diversity into hiring practices.
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful candidate for this role should have:

  • 5-9 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Strong familiarity with social media recruiting, job boards and professional networking platforms
  • Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, utilizing a range of interview techniques and candidate evaluation methods
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred
