Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organization with a very competitive salary of 1100 AED per month. The benefits package includes health insurance, paid vacation days and bonus compensation.

Responsibilities

• Find potential candidates through sources such as job boards, social media, job fairs and referrals.
• Screen and interview candidates, assess their abilities, and provide feedback to applicants.
• Coordinate interviews with the hiring manager and schedule interviews with potential candidates.
• Create job postings online to attract suitable applicants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
