We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills and strong communication abilities. This role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include identifying potential candidates, selecting qualified applicants, and conducting interviews. The candidate should have a strong knowledge of the recruitment process and demonstrate an organized approach to tasks.

Experience in recruiting for various roles, including administrative and customer service positions, is required. The candidate should be skilled in creating job postings, screening resumes and CVs, and conducting professional interviews. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is also preferred. Independence and self-motivation are essential for this role.
