Salary: 1600 AED
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of success in recruiting and be able to work independently.
The main responsibilities of the Recruiter include, but are not limited to:
• Source, recruit and screen potential candidates through job postings, referrals, networking events, job boards etc.
• Evaluate resumes and applications and conduct interviews with qualified candidates
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and local employment laws
