This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develops strategic approaches to attract experience in professionals for both contract and permanent positions. The Recruiter serves as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive candidate experience and helping build a workforce aligned with the firm’s business goals.
