Role & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned hiring bands and functions: create job briefs, source candidates, conduct screening, coordinate interviews, and close offers.
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search and passive outreach for technical and go-to-market roles.
  • Manage the ATS lifecycle create requisitions, update candidate status, ensure data accuracy, and deliver weekly hiring reports and funnel metrics.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, evaluate candidates using structured scorecards, and advise on market compensation and hiring timelines.
  • Improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency by standardising interview guides, implementing feedback loops, and running recruitment sprints for priority roles.
