The Trainee Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting candidates for various positions within our organization. This position requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to recruitment.
Shift- NIGHT SHIFT
Responsibilities
Source candidates through various channels for US.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
Graduated in B.Tech/ B.E (Bachelor of Technology/ Bachelor of Engineering) | 2024/ 2025 Batch pass out.
Must Have-
Excellent communication skills .
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay range and compensation package
Salary (Best in industry) + Incentives + Medical Insurance + Cab facility etc.
