HireArt is seeking a highly organized and outcome-driven Junior Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts across our growing client base.

This is an ideal role for someone who excels at working within structured workflows but can also adapt when processes evolve or shift between clients. This role is available to offshore candidates who are able to work their local business hours with some overlap of 9AM-5PM EST.

We're seeking someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, values documentation and process clarity, and brings strong communication skills to both candidate and internal team interactions.

What You’ll Do

• Support high-volume, full-cycle recruiting with a focus on application review, candidate communication, scheduling, and follow-ups.
