What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting (sourcing → offer) across technical and non-technical roles for Xona’s Montreal-based team
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles
• Build and maintain scalable talent acquisition processes aligned with the Burlingame, CA recruiting and operations teams
