About the Role

We’re looking for a full-cycle Recruiter to support our team during a short-term coverage period. You will work directly with U.S.-based clients , owning the recruiting process end to end — from intake to offer coordination.

This is a full-time, temporary contract role for an experienced agency recruiter who can jump in quickly and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do (End-to-End)
  • Partner with U.S. clients to understand hiring needs
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other channels
  • Screen and interview candidates
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ATS updates
  • Submit and present qualified candidates to clients
  • Coordinate interviews and move candidates through hiring stages
  • Support offer process and close candidates
