Responsibilities
  • Strategic Talent Acquisition (End-to-End Recruitment)

  • Implement active sourcing strategies (headhunting, networking, talent pools).
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate technical assessments with hiring managers.
  • Use Predictive Index tools to support selection decisions and ensure cultural alignment.
