We are now looking for a driven and dynamic Recruiter who can help us bring exceptional talent into our fast-growing organisation. We are seeking a Recruiter with 13 years of end to end recruiting experience who embodies high energy, strong intellect, unquestionable integrity, and outstanding communication skills. In this role, you will be a critical partner in scaling our team by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all roles including sourcing, screening, assessment coordination, and offer negotiation. Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and build effective hiring strategies. Drive high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping. Conduct insightful screenings to evaluate both technical capabilities and culture fit. Ensure candidates have a seamless and professional experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality. Represent Techtinium Technologies with professionalism, enthusiasm, and clarity in all candidate and stakeholder interactions. Requirements Ideal Candidate 13 years of experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency). Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and current market trends. Proven experience in sourcing through multiple channels (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Networking, etc.). Experience using ATS systems and recruitment tools. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously without compromising quality.

1-3 years
Ideal Candidate 1–3 years of experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency). Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and current market trends. Proven experience in sourcing through multiple channels (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Networking, etc.). Experience using ATS systems and recruitment tools. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously without compromising quality.
