We are looking for a creative and driven Recruiter to join our team in Mexico City In this role, you will be the driving force behind our brand's growth, identifying and attracting top talent across Marketing, Creative, and Operations. You will ensure a seamless and inspiring candidate experience, helping us build a world-class team in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Mexico City (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full hiring lifecycle for a variety of roles, with a primary focus on Marketing and Operational positions.
• Hunt for top-tier talent using social media, specialized platforms, and creative sourcing techniques to build a diverse pipeline.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Marketing Leads and Department Heads, helping define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Lead the interview process, ensuring every candidate receives timely feedback and a professional, welcoming introduction to our culture.
