Our client is looking for a Recluiter to join their team in Mexico City. The individual will focus on supporting the entire recruitment cycle to attract the best human talent for the company.

Responsabilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for all vacancies (sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management);
  • Actively search for top-tier candidates in the region to build a strong network of talent;
  • Connect with and engage qualified candidates to develop a strong talent reserve for key positions;
  • Manage all existing recruitment channels and job portals;
  • Support any other recruitment-related initiatives or any other HR initiatives;
Requirements:
  • Degree from a university;
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment agency or in-house talent acquisition;
  • Resourceful and results-oriented;
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
