Recruiter Construction- Contract Position

Turner and Townsend is currently seeking a Recruiter with experience identifying candidates in our market to support our rapidly growing business. This individual will support our team on a contract basis- likely engagement 3-6 months. This position will manage recruitment for all levels and all disciplines. 

The Recruiter will be responsible for partnering with management to guide candidates through the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools such as internet services, job board posting, networking, career/job fairs and professional organizations. 

This position plays an integral role in building the company's talent pipeline requiring the Recruiter to have great interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term candidate relationships. We are looking f...
