Job purpose


This is a temporary 12-month contract assignment. As part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, the Recruiter will provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting support with an emphasis on Canadian Manufacturing/GMP recruiting. 


Duties and responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent

  • Protect and improve the candidate experience

  • Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions

  • Help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company

  • Provide daily support to Head of Talent Acquisition on key business initiatives, TA/HR projects, and overall reporting and leadership among the TA team.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience recruiting for a wide array of manufacturing positions
