Job purpose
This is a temporary 12-month contract assignment. As part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, the Recruiter will provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting support with an emphasis on Canadian Manufacturing/GMP recruiting.
Duties and responsibilities
Source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talentProtect and improve the candidate experienceUse hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutionsHelp fill the highest priority hiring needs for the companyProvide daily support to Head of Talent Acquisition on key business initiatives, TA/HR projects, and overall reporting and leadership among the TA team.
