We are looking for a dedicated, innovative, hands-on, customer-obsessed Talent Acquisition Recruiter with a passion for finding and hiring talent aligned to and in support of our business strategies. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter must be able to work independently and execute talent acquisition duties while effectively partnering with professionals at all levels. You will need excellent communication, professional interpersonal skills, and the ability to function in an innovative and ambiguous environment. You will need strong analytics skills and the ability to translate your clients’ business plans and goals into a comprehensive talent acquisition plan, including internal and external talent, needed to achieve results.
