Recruiter

The Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment of the company’s open requisitions and providing an excellent candidate experience. This individual will build and maintain strong relationships with key business leaders, hiring managers, external vendors, candidates, and other stakeholders. In addition to full-cycle recruitment, the role will also support the company’s employer branding through social media and various networking events.

 

The Recruiter II will report to the Director of Talent.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive full-cycle recruitment of approved requisitions in compliance with company’s defined Talent Acquisition Process


• Support hiring for multiple business segments including but not limited to R&D, Manufacturing, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Program Management and Corporate Services
