Scholarship:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related.
- Availability to work in the field.
At least 2 years of operational recruiting experience. Recruitment in the field.
- Recruitment process management:
- Initial and Deep Interview
- Psychometrics
- Employment exchanges
- Recruitment strategies
- Management of recruitment KPIS
Responsibility:
- Staff coverage with the required personnel according to the profile.
- Monitoring of procedures and processes.
