Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Elk River, Minnesota. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment by managing the full recruitment process across multiple roles and experience levels. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to support our hiring needs.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including meeting with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new hires.
• Coordinate and manage interview schedules, ensuring all details are shared with both candidates and hiring leaders.
• Focus on hiring for a variety of roles, including assemblers, manufacturing engineers, production supervisors, warehouse leaders, IT professionals, supply chain contributors, and leadership positions.
