  • Talent sourcing skills to identify and attract top-tier candidates from diverse pools.
  • Experience with diversity recruitment initiatives to enhance workforce diversity and inclusion.
  • Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with candidates and clients during the recruitment process.
  • Ability to manage overseas recruiting efforts, including understanding international hiring complexities.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HR team to refine hiring processes and enhance candidate experience.
