- Experience with diversity recruitment initiatives to enhance workforce diversity and inclusion.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with candidates and clients during the recruitment process.
- Ability to manage overseas recruiting efforts, including understanding international hiring complexities.

Roles and Responsibilities
