**PROFILE**
- BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCES OR RELATED FIELD, PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- MINIMUM OF 1 YEARS RECRUITMENT, HR, SALES, ADMINISTRATIVE, OR CUSTOMER SERVICE
- BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH REQUIRED
- EXPERIENCE WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE, ESPECIALLY MS EXCEL
- EXPERIENCE USING AN APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEM OR HRIS SYSTEM PREFERRED
- ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND PROACTIVELY
- ABILITY TO BUILD A STRONG RAPPORT WITH CANDIDATES AND HIRING MANAGERS IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work closely with HR and Operations to understand hiring needs
- Assist with job board sponsorships, social media campaigns, and ATS job postings
- Provide well documented recruiting reports
- Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with Hiring Managers
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Recruitment team in talent acquisition strategy
