Brief Description:

TheRecruiter role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle talent acquisition activities across one or more Patterson-UTI affiliated companies. The role partners with hiring managers, regional Human Resources (HR), and business leaders to understand workflow needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. The Recruiter ensures the timely and effective placement of talent by leveraging technology and relationship-building skills.

This position plays a critical role in strengthening the company’s employer brand and maintaining compliance with all employment laws and company policies. Success in this role requires balancing strategic partnership with hands-on recruiting execution in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
