Waste Solution Services is a national waste brokerage firm helping businesses save money and eliminate the headache of managing their trash and recycling. We’re scaling quickly and need a proactive, organized part-time **Recruiter** to help us build a world-class team across the U.S., Mexico, and the Philippines.
**What You’ll Do**
As our in-house Recruiter, you’ll manage full-cycle hiring across multiple time zones and countries. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to fill roles in finance, operations, tech, and customer support. This is a hands-on, high-impact position for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and diverse hiring needs. You will also be expected to help with customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements and hiring plans
- Post job ads on Indeed, LinkedIn, local job boards, and specialty sites in the U.S., Mexico, and the Philippines
- Conduct resume reviews and screening interviews
- Schedule interviews with internal stakeholders across time zones
- Coordinate offer letters, reference checks, and onboarding handoff
- Oversee onboarding processes (paperwork, DocuSign, checklists, access setup, training).
- Coordinate terminations, exit interviews, and system access removal.
- Assist with general HR tasks as needed
- Assist with Customer service as needed
**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Experience hiring internationally
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter comfortable managing multiple open roles
- Familiarity with ATS tools and scheduling across time zones
- Experience recruiting for operations, back office, or virtual support roles preferred
Pay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
