Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated professional to support an organization’s talent needs by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various open positions. Our team values efficiency and consultative partnership to help ensure a high-quality hiring experience for both candidates and managers.


Responsibilities:

  • Source qualified candidates for multiple simultaneous open positions through résumé review and proactive outreach channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and submit qualified candidates to hiring managers to initiate the interview process.
  • Engage with passive candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools as appropriate.
  • Collaborate closely with internal talent acquisition partners and participate in kickoff meetings for each search assignment.
