• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned programs using Indeed, Gusto, and other approved sourcing methods, from job posting through offer coordination

• Conduct structured phone and virtual interviews to assess qualifications, availability, experience, and culture alignment

• Collaborate with Program Administrators and the People Team to identify current openings and anticipated staffing needs

• Develop and implement effective remote recruiting strategies within Indeed and Gusto to build consistent candidate pipelines
