We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Mid-Level Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to contribute to a growing staffing and recruitment company. This role focuses on identifying and attracting top talent within the logistics and IT industries across Colombia while actively collaborating with the Recruitment Lead on recruitment strategies and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of logistics and IT positions across Colombia.

• Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Lead to understand hiring needs, define recruitment strategies, and contribute to proposals for process improvement and operational efficiency.

• Develop and refine job descriptions aligned with business needs and market trends.

• Build, maintain, and actively manage a strong talent pipeline through continuous sourcing and candidate engagement.
