Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Recruitment Specialist. The ideal candidate has a background in technical recruitment, strategic sourcing, volume recruitment, niche role recruitment, and/or stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific role requirements, skills gaps, and team needs.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for niche and technical positions.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment: job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, feedback gathering, and offer negotiation.
- Leverage multiple sourcing platforms to engage passive and active candidates.
